Job Description
Job Title: Senior Delivery and Service Director / Senior Manager (Shenzhen-Hong Kong Business Line)
Position Overview
As a core founding member of the business line in its 0-1 phase, you will be fully responsible for building the back-end deep service system for mid-to-high-end client groups, including business owners relocating to Hong Kong, executives, and high-net-worth (HNW) families.
I. Core Responsibilities
1. 0-1 Service System and SOP Development:
Build full-lifecycle Customer Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from scratch for high-ticket, long-cycle service projects, such as Hong Kong talent visa renewals, business setup and landing, and family education consulting.
Map out service touchpoints, and establish delivery standards, expectation management strategies, and client relationship maintenance mechanisms for each phase.
2. Team Building and Productivity Management:
Responsible for the recruitment, training, and empowerment of the founding service team, building a highly competitive team that combines rigorous professionalism with an exceptional customer experience.
Establish scientific team performance evaluation metrics. Shift the focus from sheer volume to conversion rates, delivery success rates, and customer satisfaction. Monitor daily follow-up quality through digital management tools to ensure individual productivity remains at the industry's top level.
3. Deep Delivery and Compliance Risk Control:
Personally intervene in the complex delivery requirements of key accounts, coordinating internal and external resources (e.g., Hong Kong local business networks, legal services, educational resources) to solve difficult issues.
Strictly abide by the legal regulations and Immigration Department policies of both Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Establish an internal business compliance review mechanism to eliminate violations such as fake financial records or fraudulent affiliations, ensuring the business model is entirely legal and compliant.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Product Feedback:
Collect and analyze the deep-seated needs of clients, provide first-hand market insights to the front-end acquisition team and strategic think tank, and assist in optimizing the "profit distribution model" and back-end value-added service products.
II. Qualifications
1. Experience & Background:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of management experience in high-net-worth client services, high-end talent services, top-tier family offices, or high-end business consulting/delivery teams.
At least one proven track record of building a team from 0 to 1 and successfully establishing a profitable business model.
2. Core Competencies:
Deep Deconstruction Ability: Capable of breaking down complex, non-standard high-end service requests into scalable, replicable, and standardized execution steps.
Strong Compliance Awareness: Familiar with the business environment, labor laws, and talent policies of both Shenzhen and Hong Kong, with a strict commitment to never crossing compliance red lines.
Emotional Intelligence & Professionalism: Possess mature psychological resilience and high EQ. Able to deliver stable performance under high pressure, effectively providing emotional reassurance and strategic guidance to clients.
3. Bonus Qualifications:
Candidates with high-end corporate resources, educational resources, or relevant industry networks in Shenzhen and Hong Kong are preferred.
Overseas study or long-term living experience.
A degree in Psychology.
