Job Description

(I) Job Responsibilities and Requirements

1. International perspective, familiar with the industry, products, academics, and trends in the field of chemical engineering and new materials (chemistry). Responsible to the board of directors, formulate and realize reasonable and scientific business results.
2. Have coordinated and managed overseas markets, and have a deep understanding of the import and export trade of the mainstream national chemical markets.
3. Familiar with the bidding strategy of domestic chemical industry customers, and know the supply chain relationship.
4. Understand the characteristics of fast-growing organizations, and those who have experienced the high-speed growth period of IPO or listed companies are preferred.
5. Familiar with financial management, risk control, disclosure strategy, etc., and those who have served as directors and above in listed companies are preferred for communication.
6. Have independent opinions on organizational change, global brand shaping, and external relationship management.
